Dholera's Physical & Smart Infrastructure

From the 250-metre-wide Central Spine Road to a centrally monitored ICT dashboard, Dholera's infrastructure is designed and delivered as one integrated system.

What sets Dholera's infrastructure apart from a typical Indian township isn't any single component — it's the sequencing. Most peripheral developments in India get roads and drainage only after residents move in and complain for years. Dholera flipped that order: trunk roads, stormwater drainage, sewage treatment and power distribution were built into the Activation Area before large-scale plot sales were pushed, specifically so buyers wouldn't be gambling on infrastructure that might never arrive. The ₹650 crore bulk water pipeline project, drawing from a lake in Surendranagar district, is a good example — it's being built ahead of the residential demand curve, not in response to it.
